I have something changes ads for weight loss calories to see ... They say you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. Is this possible? Furthermore, how can I do if possible? Has anyone done it themselves?   1. I have the diet and its terrible. Do you have for certain foods, eat at certain times of day. could be a meal, Turkey and sausage and beans. ugh!
    You do not lose 9 kilos I lost maybe 7th Before losing its weight in water goes. and more than half of what is called again in a few days. do not worry, honey!

    just to make healthy choices and do everything to get your heart rate and keep them for minutes at least 20. about 5 times per week. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. if you lose weight quickly lose its mostly water and muscle. Muscular fat helps you lose everything you have to keep! We have to work hard and stick to it! If you do not give up slip. You just start again!
